ClubhouseThe community clubhouse is available for private functions. Only residents of Sydney Harbour are permitted to rent the clubhouse. The Mediterranean-style clubhouse features a large common area with open ceilings, stone fireplace, and large windows overlooking the pool and the lake. The clubhouse also contains a fully operational kitchen and is the perfect location for Sydney Harbour residents to host their next function. If you would like to rent the clubhouse, please contact Montage Community Services at 281-232-7659 or email info@montagecs.com. A two week notice is required to rent the clubhouse. The pool is NOT for rent and CANNOT be used by guests of the clubhouse. Rental of clubhouse for multiple parties, back to back, are not allowed. Clubhouse Rental Agreement
Swimming Pool
The pool is open from 10:00am till 8:00pm, beginning the first two weekends only before Memorial day. After Memorial day weekend, the pool is open everyday with the exception of Mondays, for cleaning purposes, throughout the summer. If a holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be open and closed the following Tuesday. After Labor Day the pool is closed during the week and is open only on weekends for the next two weekends. After that the pool is closed for the season.
Pool cards are required for access into the pool area.
Lifeguards are required for our pool and they should be treated with respect. Alcohol, glass containers, tobacco products and guns are strictly prohibited. Anyone abusing these basic rules will have their pool privileges revoked.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- No child is permitted access without being accompanied by a guardian of 16 years of age or older.
- Two guests per HOUSEHOLD are permitted access to the pool area.
- No cursing, loud music, rough horse play, running or shoving.
- No glass, cigarette smoking, vaping, alcohol, pets, bicycles, scooters or skateboards are permitted within the pool area.
- Proper swim attire is required; clothing is not permitted. Children under four MUST wear an effective swim diaper.
- The lifeguard stand and rescue equipment are off limits to anyone except the lifeguards.
- Jump feet first into the shallow end of the pool; DIVING IS PROHIBITED. No flips, back dives or twists from the edge of the pool.
- ADULT supervision is required at all times. Lifeguard supervision DOES NOT replace parent responsibilities to watch your children.
- No person may enter the pool area in an intoxicated condition.
- The pool phone is for pool business and emergencies ONLY.
- Swimming is permitted only during scheduled hours.
- Additional rules are posted/published at the pool area.
- If you are asked to leave the pool for any reason by the lifeguard on more than one occasion, the card will be de-activated for thirty (30) days.
The lifeguards have the authority to enforce rules, confiscate your access card, and remove individuals from the pool area for infractions of the rules. The Lifeguards may restrict use of the pool in crowded conditions, or alter the rules to ensure safety. Thank you and enjoy your swim!
